  • Type in your First Name and Email address. After that, select IMAP as your account type. For the Outgoing mail server (SMTP), type in send.one.com and for the Incoming mail server (IMAP), type imap.one.com. In the Logon Information section, enter the e-mail address and the password that you have created in the Control Panel. Now, click on the More Settings option.
  • Click on Outgoing Server and check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. 
  • Select the Advanced tab. For the Incoming server (IMAP), type 993 and click SSL. For the Outgoing server (SMTP), type 465 and click SSL. Click on the OK button and then on the Next button.
  • After doing the above steps, click on the Close button to close all the open windows.
  • Click on the Finish button to finish the procedure.
